Meaning: How happy, free, fulfilled, and abundant do you feel as a whole woman?

Flourishing means feeling GOOD, vibrant, and alive. Knowing what we need to flourish is essential if we want to live vibrant lives, it's true for both me, you, and all of us.⁠⁠

And to make it a PRIORITY to adjust whenever we're not feeling it!⁠⁠
.⁠⁠
❤️ If you're NOT feeling it, that doesn't mean that it's something wrong with you, it just means you need to take an honest look at your ENVIRONMENT, habits and surroundings.⁠
.⁠⁠
❤️ If you're NOT feeling it, that's your internal guidance system telling you that there need to be some adjustments in your life and in your environment so that you CAN - flourish.⁠
.⁠⁠
Flourishing is natural, anything else is not.⁠⁠

It all comes down to SELF-MASTERY, knowing so well what you personally need to thrive in life and FEEL vibrant. Holistically, in all areas of your life - personally and professionally.⁠⁠

A few years ago, one of my mentors asked me this powerful question: “Nathalie, who are you here to become?”. At that time, I was struggling and NOT where I wanted to be..

I knew I wasn’t living my full potential, and that I had so much MORE within me that wanted to come to life and that feeling was creating an enormous amount of frustration within me.

I now know that I had a lot of inner work and UNBECOMMING to do first. I thought I was "doing the work", but I wasn't "BEING the work" - I had to show up in a whole new way👁

I wasn’t where I wanted because I was blocking my success.⁠ I realised I had to take my whole self to a completely NEW level and that meant dedication to my growth and the journey.

Today my life looks COMPLETELY different!!🦋

And that’s because I made a wholehearted COMITTMENT to break free from limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging internal patterns and behaviours to create a new blueprint for life.⁠⁠

Sure, you can use them every now and then to boost yourself (which is great!), but if you want to RE-PROGRAM your belief systems and create new ones you need to start speaking in a new way.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
I use powerful affirmations daily as a power TREATMENT to rewrite old beliefs and I customize them for my clients too for daily implementation.
.
For example, if you have a nasty old belief that’s playing on repeat you need to see it, stop allow it playing and you do that by REPLACE it with a new.⁠⁠

Such as I AM affirmations:⁠
I AM POWERFUL⁠
I AM CAPABLE⁠
I AM IN CONTROL⁠
⁠.⁠⁠
You are reminding yourself that you are in control of your thoughts, your reactions, and your life. And that YOU control the thoughts you are thinking (and no one else outside).⁠

You remind yourself that you have great power to achieve whatever you wish to accomplish. You CREATE the power to concentrate and focus your attention on what’s true⭐️⁠

Otherwise, you're giving your innate power away. Take it back!!

When you remind yourself of that power, you’ll feel more CONFIDENT, less afraid, and READY for new challenges because you’ve reaffirmed that you have the strength within you.⁠⁠
