You’ll also get a powerful FB community where you decide your level of commitment yourself. I highly recommend that you take advantage of this resource during the program, and I suggest checking in and interacting a couple of times each week.

Having said, that, I am mindful that you may be entering this program with big commitments such as a full-time job or a family. So it’s important to know that you can work this program around you, and you can always revisit the material if you missed it.
