We are so deeply conditioned to “fit in” which has led us to constantly seek approval and validation from everyone around us – instead of going deep within and loving and approving of ourselves. That’s the only approval you’ll ever need that’s ever going to set you free. This is the journey of re-inventing yourself and transformation, this is when you reclaim your feminine power.
Start to question why OTHERS’ opinions matter so much – you are about to step into your true power already. And what about the behaviors you made a habit that shrink and hold you back? I invite you to create space to sit with and dive deep into the questions I’ve prepared for you, reflect, and take the journey of self-discovery and exploration.

1. What activities did you LOVE to do as a child?
2. What lights you up and makes you feel ALIVE?
3. What activities do you really NOT like to do?
4. What are the things you love the most about YOU?
5. What are the ACCOMPLISHMENTS you’re most proud of?
6. What are the things that you’re most often PRAISED for?
7. How can you use your uniqueness to SERVE the world?
8. What would you do if you were financially FREE?
9. What do you want and wish to be REMEMBERED for?
10. What are your UNIQUE skills, gifts, and talents?
Your honest answers to these questions will give you tons of valuable information you need to re-discover or simply explore more of your uniqueness. Most often, we don’t give ourselves credit for who we simply are. Remember that some things that feel NATURAL to you, are someone else’s biggest challenge. There is so much creative potential to be found in your answers.
I invite you to listen and investigate all fear and doubt. Step into your confidence, it is beautiful and puts you in the driver’s seat of your own life. It’s what helps you take control of your thoughts, your actions, and your life. And yet, the lack of CONFIDENCE to be ourselves and fully EXPRESS our uniqueness, and go for what we want is one of the most common blocks I see in women worldwide.
