I’m an educated Nutritionist who feels passionate about natural clean foods and I believe in Mindful Eating as a beautiful practise and way to keep ourselves healthy, strong and empowered from within.
As a Certified Life Coach I feel equally as passionate about the power we have to nourish and transform our lives by changing the quality of our thoughts and emotions. Our mindset and emotinal patterns matters big time and the energy of the thoughts and emotions we’re feeding ourselves with are essential to be aware of for well-being. All this combined makes us all powerful creators of our own realities.
I also believe the most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself and that self-love is the true path to inner growth, personal development and great inner leadership.
