The women's nutrition group coaching program

This group coaching program is for you if you’re feeling fed up and tired with feeling any kind of negatives and stress about your food, body and eating patterns. This is a program where you will get help to create a sustainable and long-lasting change that will give you a happier, healthier and more empowered relationship towards both yourself, your beautiful body and the food you’re eating.
You will be part of an intimate group with other like-minded women, and you will receive guidance and wholehearted support from me during the whole program. There will be a complete focus on your thought patterns connected to food, your body, and your eating habits. We will work with specific themes during these 6 modules connected to all the above and Mindful Eating as a concept.
You will receive all the beautiful benefits of group coaching and a specially designed program for you to follow step by step that will empower and change your relationship towards yourself and the importance of nourishment. Expect to walk away with a new way of thinking and living with everything connected to holistic nutrition and healthy eating in order to create a change within yourself that will last.
This is what you will receive
1 x Pre-Program Worksheet
You will receive this worksheet at the start of the course which will help you to tune in where you’re at and gain clarity on what you wish to achieve during our program.
+ 6 x 60 min Live Online Trainings
The program will be taught every second week as a live 60-min online training. These will all be interactive workshop-style sessions with a mix of powerful teachings, sharing and time for Q & A with me. All sessions will be recorded and sent to you.
+ 3 x Live 60 min Interactive Group Coaching Calls
Once a month we will come together live on group coaching calls to receive personalized coaching support by me. This will be a safe space for you and your course members to interact, share experiences, ask questions and receive guidance.
+ 6 x Practical Workbooks
Each of the 6 live online workshop sessions is summarized and comes with a practical workbook. This includes questions and customized exercises to take you deeper into the course content and will help you to apply it into your personal life.
+ 1 Food Journal Workbook
You will receive a personal Food Journal Workbook that will help you gain insight and become clear about your food patterns. This will be important for you and our work together as a group.
+ 1 Reflection & Intention Setting Workbook
You will receive Reflection & Intention Setting Workbook at the end of the program to make sure that you get the most out of the program when we’re finished.
+ 3 Months of Mentoring & Support
During this full program, you will receive ongoing guidance, support and mentoring by me. You will also be able to connect with your course members in a private Facebook group where you will be able to interact together during your journey.
I also offer private packages if you wish longer and more ongoing support.

All the details
This is a 3-month online program so you can attend no matter where you are in the world. We will meet up together as a group twice a month via 60-min online live interactive workshop sessions facilitated by me. Every month you will also be able to take these training further via live 60-min group coaching sessions where you will get mentoring, guidance and support on your journey.
You will also be able to dive deeper via specially tailored exercises and workbooks to work with in between our sessions and as we finish. All live training and coaching calls will be recorded and will be sent to you after each session. The group is limited to 8-10 spaces to create a safe and intimate space for you where you will get to share your experiences and gain insight from your fellow course members.
