I’ve been in the coaching and personal development for more than 15 years, and I’ve been in the entrepreneurial world for almost a decade. I know by personal experience which ways, strategies, and tools really work and which don’t. I have combined teachings and learnings from my own personal journey with years of university studies, private certification courses, and mastery programs with thousands of hours of self-studies. I’m as committed to my own growth, expansion, and success as I am to yours.

Nathalie Banaszak is an expert in the field of personal development, self-mastery and holistic health. She is a certified international professional coach via ICC and is passionate about empowering women entrepreneurs to step into their personal greatness and expand their potential.

She also holds a degree of bachelor of science with a major in holistic nutrition and applied behavioral science. Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur Nathalie worked in the corporate world in Sweden with a leadership position as a senior manager in the health and wellness industry.

Nathalie is an experienced speaker and also offer executive coaching and inspiring lectures and educational programs for brands and companies who are interested in creating thriving and motivated teams to increase effectivity and expand the potential from staff to executives and leaders.

Through her work, unique coaching methods, and programs, Nathalie aims to help her clients and community to transform and step into excellence and greatness. Aside from her business, she is also a wellness enthusiast, a passionate world traveler, and a dedicated student of life.
