What is the importance of having a community?
Why are communities so important? Strong communities are crucial and they’re a massively important source of social connection, togetherness, and a sense of belonging. Being part of a community bonded by shared attitudes, values, and goals is an essential ingredient to leading a fulfilling life and reaching business success.
I used to hold this limiting belief: “If it’s to be, it’s up to me”. This resulted in the fact that I not really ever felt comfortable asking for help, I was overworking burning myself out over and over. Of course, things will “feel hard” when we believe that all results are entirely up to us. I’m the first one to praise personal responsibility.
However, taking personal responsibility COMBINED with asking for help, and being open to receiving it too from not only a fierce and love-based community but also from the universe as it is. There is a divine intelligence that wants you to thrive! You are always being held. If you decided to hold that as your truth and your belief.
Do YOU have a good and loving support system?
I mean like-minded power women who support your success (in this case I speak about women: ). This I know, MAGIC happens when strong women come together to support, inspire, hold and lift each other up. In good times, in “bad” ones – and everything in between. Community is something sacred to invite and to welcome.
I notice that community, a feeling of a sisterhood of like-minded are something that a lot of the brilliant women I work and interact with feel they don’t have. They’re looking for it but might not really be sure of where to find it which creates a feeling of “lack – not having. I get it, my belief is that we thrive when we feel like we BELONG.
Community is a business strategy for success
I not only view a community as being good for soul expansion, but I also view it as a key to your business success too. I consider it to be, and I talk about it like a business strategy that will help you to get to where you want to go. You need to take care of your energy, if you surround yourself with people who drain you that’s not good.
Magic happens when you surround yourself with like-minded and other courageous, passionate, and highly driven women who are going for it playing the much bigger game together. Please know that you don’t need to struggle so hard trying to figure it all out by yourself, you can ask for help and accept when support is being offered.

I know a lot of brilliant and highly driven women with ambition out there feel “alone” with their big dreams and visions. I sure used to feel that way back in time, even though I’ve always had beautiful friends and a good support system. But for a long time, I was longing for “my people” with all the “big and unconventional” dreams.
Being surrounded by an amazing community is not only good for your life and business success, it is truly soul-nourishing. This is a strategy in itself because when you radiate joy and happiness you become a super attractor.
